We had them wash the house and deck. Both look great now. They showed up on time and communicated well. I will ask them back to seal my deck.

I recently spotted mildew on the side of the house and Affordapro was doing a power wash next door, so I snagged them just as they were finishing up. They were able to do a quick power wash on the house (looks great, by the way) and suggested we spend extra to get our front walk power scrubbed. I was skeptical, but man, the font walk looks so good it left wondering how I let it get that bad in the first place. I wanted them to do a gutter cleaning as well, but since our house is three stories on the rear side and we approached them on a previous job, they were understandably unprepared for that task. No worries, they sent a crew several days later to finish the job. Thumbs up.

I was going in just hoping to have Phillip knock off the heavy mildew and mold. I got home and my house looked the best it has in 14 years since it was built.
